Event flyers and posters can be designed for you free of charge.

This service also includes printed flyers that will be mailed to you free of charge (up to 100 flyers). Please call for larger orders.

Flyer requests submitted by the Magazine deadline, will be featured in the Hoosier Motorcyclist magazine free of charge. Flyers do not run in the magazine every month. Flyer will be featured in the magazine quarterly in the months of April, July, October and January. To meet a magazine deadline, simply turn in a flyer request form by the deadline. Flyers do not have to be completed by the magazine deadline to be accepted into the magazine. If you have designed your own flyer, it will only be submitted for the magazine if you send your flyer to the State Office by the deadline. Open spots may be available in the magazine even after the flyer deadline. If open spots are available, flyers will be submitted for the magazine first come first serve.

Magazine Deadlines: March 1st, June 1st, Sept 1st and Dec 1st

• March 1st deadline for events in April, May and June.
• June 1st deadline for events in July, August and September.
• September 1st deadline for events in October, November and December.
• December 1st deadline for events in January, February and March.

To request a flyer: Send a written request through the website, email, fax (317-422-8373) or mail (ABATE of Indiana, PO Box 665, Bargersville, IN 46106). Requests will NOT be accepted over the phone. Production time: Allow up to 4 weeks for completion of your order.

• Your design will not be started until Region Director approval has been received. Your Director may call, mail, email or fax approval for the request.

Flyers designed by the State Office will be kept on file in digital format. If you need a copy of an old flyer, please call Cyndii at the state office (800-232-2283) to have one sent to you.
